1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Nextbet ("Nextbet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and live casino platform accessible at https://nextbet.cam (the "Platform").

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any bonus funds separately designated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive offered by Nextbet subject to specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and address verification process required by Nextbet in accordance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications operated by Nextbet at https://nextbet.cam.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which accessing the Platform or placing bets is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must bet their bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) before bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Void Bet" means a wager that is cancelled and has no result, with the stake returned to the Player's Account.

3. Account Eligibility

To register and maintain a Nextbet account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are registering in your own name and for your own personal use only.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of Nextbet or any of its affiliated companies.

• You have not previously had a Nextbet account suspended or closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with Nextbet.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Nextbet reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration

You may register one account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Nextbet may close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances therein, with or without prior notice.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must notify Nextbet promptly of any changes to your registered information.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Nextbet is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with its anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any other time at Nextbet's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) — front and back.
• A valid passport (if MyKad is unavailable).
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within 3 months.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. You must not share your login details with any other person. Nextbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have disclosed or failed to adequately protect your credentials.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

Nextbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB).

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for most e-wallet and bank transfer methods; cryptocurrency minimum equivalent of MYR 30.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Any delay is typically attributable to the payment network, not Nextbet.
• Nextbet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source.
• Nextbet reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit as part of KYC or fraud prevention processes.

Deposits made to your Nextbet Account are for the purpose of gambling on the Platform only. Nextbet is not a payment institution and does not provide banking services. We do not pay interest on Account balances.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

To request a withdrawal, your account must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification has been approved.
• All active wagering requirements attached to any bonus funds have been fully met.
• You have not exceeded your applicable withdrawal limit for the relevant period.
• Your account is in good standing with no open disputes, security reviews, or fraud flags.
• The withdrawal is being made to a payment method in your own name.

6.2 Processing Times

Nextbet targets the following processing times once a withdrawal request is approved:

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts, and any daily or weekly limits, are specified in your Account settings and may vary based on your VIP tier. Nextbet reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments where operational constraints apply.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

Nextbet offers a range of promotional bonuses including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and cryptocurrency deposit top-ups. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to each promotion's specific conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated in each promotion's individual terms. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While active bonus funds are present in your account, a maximum bet limit applies per round or bet. This limit is specified per promotion but is typically in the range of RM250–RM500. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. • Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in their individual terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Bonuses not rolled over within the expiry window will be removed from the account, along with any associated bonus winnings.

• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold or activate more than one welcome-type bonus simultaneously unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: Nextbet employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and systematic exploitation of free bet offers. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and balances reviewed.

Nextbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to active promotions will not be applied retroactively to players who have already activated and partially cleared a bonus.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming activity on the Nextbet Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation.
• All bets placed are final once confirmed. Errors in bet placement by the Player do not entitle the Player to cancellation.
• Nextbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at erroneous odds caused by a technical fault or human error. The Player's stake will be returned in such instances.
• In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without notice, for example during a goal, red card, injury stoppage, or technical event.
• For Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets: if one selection is voided, it is removed from the accumulator and the remaining selections stand at adjusted odds.
• Sports results are determined by the official result at the conclusion of the relevant match or event. Overtime and penalty shootout periods are included for football unless specifically stated otherwise in the market rules.
• Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Published RTP figures are theoretical long-term return percentages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Nextbet reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or suspend betting for specific players at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Nextbet Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to use an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Registering or using the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• Creating or using more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.

10. Account Suspension & Closure

Nextbet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player is suspected of, or has been found to have engaged in, fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Regulatory, legal, or AML obligations require account action.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling policy.
• The account has been dormant for a prolonged period in accordance with Nextbet's dormant account policy.

Upon closure for breach of these Terms, Nextbet may withhold any balance pending investigation. Upon voluntary closure or closure for non-breach reasons, any verified real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method, subject to standard processing times.

11. Responsible Gambling

12. Limitation of Liability

• Losses arising from a Player's own negligence, including failure to protect account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player in relation to gambling activity, including any financial losses incurred as a result of betting outcomes.

Nextbet's total aggregate liability to any Player shall not exceed the total net deposit made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nextbet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of Nextbet or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without express written permission from Nextbet.

14. Privacy & Data

Players retain the right to seek relief from any competent court of jurisdiction applicable to them.
